What this PR does / why we need it:
Fix #729

In this PR:

  1. Introduced a new module, mermaid, to export Workflow definitions to Mermaid Flowcharts: https://docs.mermaidchart.com/mermaid-oss/syntax/flowchart.html
  2. Moved the impl/tests workflow resources to the samples-workflows folder so other modules can refer to it and read it from the classpath
